Week 2 and 3/ print, experimentation with free machine, monoprint, motif devolpment into pattern

Collection 1

From my motif (above) we devolped them into patterns using photoshop and creating patterns with half drop or repeat to create interesting inctricate patterns which would lead onto creating into a fashion garment or for interiors. 

This collection has different sections take from my motif which has alot of geometric interesting shapes and colours that have unual outcomes when cut into on photoshop and minipulated. 

Collection 2 

This collection uses more technique by using photoshop pattern to devolp my pattern further. I took sections from my painted motif cut into them then devolped them alot further into a very intricate repeat pattern

Collection 3 

These patterns were taken from a monoprint which was sections of motif devolped with priniting ink, i used a lino-ink and a roller then scratched into the table with a pen lid a section of my coloured motif and placed a piece of paper over the prinit then used a rag to transer the image. To devolp that i then scanned it into photoshop, took a section with a cropping tool then repeated that area into different patterns.
